HIJOSdeSPARTAN is a science-based biohacking, health, and longevity brand. The App is a content creation and publishing tool that helps our team research, produce, and schedule content for our own channels. This policy covers both the App and the HIJOSdeSPARTAN website.

- Account and connection data. When you connect a third-party platform (for example TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or Telegram) to the App, we store the access tokens returned by that platform so the App can act on your behalf. These tokens are stored locally on your own device and are never sold or shared.
- TikTok data. When you connect TikTok, HIJOSdeSPARTAN requests only the scopes needed to operate:
user.info.basicanduser.info.profile(to display your basic profile so you can confirm the correct account is connected), andvideo.publishandvideo.upload(to upload and publish videos that you explicitly choose to publish). We only access this data to provide the features you request. - Content you create. Videos, images, captions, titles, and scheduling data that you create or import in the App.
- Technical data. Basic logs needed to run the App (errors, activity) stored locally.
- Website data. If you visit our website, standard server logs and any cookies described in our cookie notice.
3. How we use your information
- To authenticate you with the third-party platforms you choose to connect.
- To upload, publish, and schedule the content that you explicitly ask the App to publish.
- To show your connected profile so you can confirm the correct account.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the App and website.
We do not use your TikTok data for advertising, and we do not sell your personal data to anyone.
4. TikTok integration
The App integrates with the TikTok API to let you upload and publish your own videos. Our use of information received from the TikTok API adheres to the TikTok Developer Terms and Policies, including any limitations on use and disclosure. We only request the scopes listed above, and we access your TikTok information solely to provide the publishing features you initiate.
5. How we store and protect your data
Access tokens and content created in the App are stored locally on your device. Tokens are kept in the App’s local credential store and are transmitted only to the corresponding platform’s official API over secure connections (HTTPS). We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:
- With the third-party platforms you connect (for example TikTok, YouTube), and only to perform the actions you request.

Access tokens are retained until you disconnect the platform or revoke access. You can revoke the App’s access at any time from your TikTok account settings (Security → Manage app permissions) or by disconnecting the platform inside the App.
